Welcome! My name is Melissa Donnahoe and I am the Director of the Commercial Real Estate division for La Rosa Realty Greater Fort Lauderdale. I was born and raised in South Florida, which has enabled me to cultivate a personalized network like no other.

I was fortunate to begin my real estate career working as a Paralegal at a Real Estate Law firm. My time was spent reviewing contracts for accuracy, ordering lien searches, curing title defects, and negotiating liens with the city. This up-close experience with the legal workings of the real estate world gave me an important context for negotiating deals.

Since beginning my real estate career, I have been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, investors and tenants in both residential and commercial real estate.
